Push IT by Outcast Enterprise™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

Account Information:
• Email address (for login and authentication via magic link)

Task Data:
• Task titles, notes, descriptions, and timestamps
• Timer data (start time, duration, status)
• Task stages and scheduling information
• File attachments (images, documents) you upload to tasks

Payment Information:
• Processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your credit card details)
• Subscription status, trial dates, and billing history

Device & Usage Data:
• Device type, operating system, app version
• Usage analytics (features used, session duration)
• Crash reports and error logs

  1. How We Use Your Data
    • Provide and maintain the Push IT app functionality
    • Process your subscription and payments
    • Send important service notifications (trial ending, payment issues)
    • Improve app performance and fix bugs
    • Sync your tasks across devices (when signed in)
    • Customer support and troubleshooting

  2. Data Storage & Security
    • Local Storage: Tasks are stored on your device for offline access
    • Cloud Storage: When signed in, data is securely stored on Supabase (encrypted in transit and at rest)
    • File Attachments: Stored in secure Supabase Storage buckets with access controls
    • Security: We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and secure authentication

  3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:
• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy)
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data is collected to improve app performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is used for analytics.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Your Rights

You have the right to:
• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export: Download your tasks and data
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promotional emails (service emails still required)

  1. Data Retention
    • Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active
    • Deleted accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days
    • Completed/deleted tasks: Retained in History for your reference until you delete them
    • Backups: Deleted from backups within 90 days

  2. Children’s Privacy

Push IT is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we’ve collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

  1. International Users

Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Push IT, you consent to this transfer of data.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Push IT after changes means you accept the updated policy.
